Rou Lingzhi Collection and Care Guide
Rou Lingzhi Collection and Care Guide
1. How to use collection-grade Taisui (whole piece)
Always soak Taisui with mineral water. Do not use other water sources. Taisui is traditionally cared for with the trace minerals in mineral water, which helps maintain its condition.
Taisui water may be warmed to below 60°C. Heating above 60°C may damage active beneficial components and affect its value.
After soaking Taisui for 7 to 15 days, a daily water volume of about 1,000 to 1,500 ml is commonly recommended for continuous use.
Use a Taisui-to-water ratio of about 1:10. Do not drink all the soaking water at once. Keep at least two thirds of the water in the container, and add new mineral water daily as you drink from it.
Taisui prefers darkness and does not like strong light. Keep it in a ceramic or stone jar away from direct light, otherwise its color may change.
As long as Taisui remains alive, it can be kept soaking for long-term care and continued release of nutrients.
According to Compendium of Materia Medica, Rouzhi is described as neutral in nature and non-toxic, traditionally associated with replenishing the center, benefiting essence and qi, improving wisdom, easing chest stagnation, and supporting long-term vitality.
Because Taisui is rare, eating the body itself is not recommended. It would be a pity to consume such a collectible piece.
2. How to use the Taisui cup (12 g Taisui cup)
Follow the same basic care method as collection-grade Taisui.
The Taisui cup has a 350 ml capacity. It can be used after soaking for about 8 hours. One cup in the morning and one cup in the evening is generally recommended.
Long-term exposure to light may cause oxidation and discoloration. You may change the container or send it back to Qin Taisui for free after-sales care.
3. How to use Qin Taisui spray (external Taisui water)
Slide down the dual-nozzle spray outlet and spray toward the eyes, face, mouth, skin, air, or wherever it is needed externally.
If the mist device stops spraying, please charge it in time.
When the water is used up, turn the device upside down, twist it open, and refill it with mineral water.
External use is mainly described for fatigue and heat relief, disinfection, eye moisture, mosquito bites, skin sensitivity, anti-viral care, secondhand smoke, itching and pain relief, swelling and bruising, skin problems, mouth ulcers, hair-growth support, beauty hydration, and air purification.
4. How to use Taisui essence (external use for soreness)
Main ingredients: Taisui Rou Lingzhi extract, saffron, ginger root, ginseng, and other precious botanical extracts. Net content: 50 ml.
Directions: open the cap and roll the liquid over the shoulders, neck, meridian areas, waist, acupoints, knees, or other target areas, rolling back and forth about eight times.
Use the angled bottom of the bottle at about 45 degrees for scraping-style absorption and warming penetration.
Avoid contact with water within 3 hours after use, and avoid exposure to cold wind.
It is mainly used for cold, dampness, stagnation, blockage, soreness, swelling, and pain. Apply where discomfort is felt.
Do not use on facial skin. Children should use it only under parental guidance.
